Return Policy
- Customers can return their order within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the returned products.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- To self-ship your returns, please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and share the shipping details with support@cooksyy.shop mentioning your Order ID.
- For replacements, please follow the return procedure first. Once the return is processed, use the store credit/discount coupon in your Cooksyy account to place a new order.
- If there is no manufacturing defect (e.g. dislike, wrong model, incorrect size), the customer will bear the return shipping cost. However, we can arrange a reverse pickup with a charge of ₹100.
- In case of manufacturing defects, please share an image or video of the product for verification. Replacement or refund will be processed only after verification.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Terms & Conditions for Refund:
- You can request a refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is defective or damaged.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (non-refundable).
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Guest users must register with the same email used for placing the order to track refund status.
Where to Return the Product
Please courier the product back to the address mentioned on your package. We recommend using Speed Post or a reliable courier service with tracking. Courier charges will be reimbursed only in case of verified manufacturing defects.
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank — some processing time may apply before the refund appears.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@cooksyy.shop.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards or downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:
- Items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver.
Important Note
We never ask for your credit/debit card numbers or OTP for initiating a refund. Please do not share such details with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Cooksyy.
